Refund policy

All items sold in our store—including shirts, hoodies, and signed personal notes—are custom-made and personalized specifically for the purchaser.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, or dissatisfaction with the item.

Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered (e.g., printing error, incorrect personalization due to our mistake, or arrives in unusable condition through no fault of the customer), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.

We will review the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund to the original payment method. We may require the item to be returned to us for verification.

No Refunds for Correct Orders Once production begins (which starts immediately after purchase), orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
